Toronto police say they had been in a position to monitor down and arrest a carjacking and residential invasion suspect after he illegally parked the car he allegedly stole.
Officers had been first known as to a residence within the Royal York and Hartfield roads space on Monday, December 4, at round 2 a.m. for reviews of a house invasion.
Investigators say the suspect broke into the house and pointed a firearm on the sufferer whereas demanding their automobile keys.
The accused then fled within the stolen car, police mentioned.
Just a few days afterward Thursday, December 7 at round 12:50 p.m., police had been known as to the Burnhamthorpe Highway East and Mill Highway space for reviews of an illegally parked car.
Upon arrival police decided that the car in query was the one stolen in the course of the dwelling invasion.
The suspect was arrested a brief distance away.
